Join North Atlantic Steps, Richmond's very own recreational Irish and Cape Breton step dance school for adults, for our Summer Ceilidh Series on Wednesday, June 24th and Wednesday, July 22nd from 6:30pm — 7:30pm
A ceilidh (pronounced kay-lee) is a Scottish Gaelic term for a lively social gathering with music, dancing, and socializing. Our July Mini Ceilidh teach some fun, beginner-friendly partner dances from Ireland, Scotland, and Nova Scotia.
Don’t feel like dancing? Bring an instrument instead!
Afterwards, join us for an optional "after party" at Rosie Connolly's Pub in Shockoe Bottom to listen to the bi-monthly Irish session!
Tickets are $15, ages 18+ (minors can join for the dancing, but only if accompanied by an adult).
Current NAS students do not need to buy tickets and can bring 2 friends FREE.
